• No user information is collected when the 60 day trial application program is initially downloaded from this site.
• When you purchase the program, you register your Name, Email address and Computer ID with PawnPower. This data is used to maintain a database of registered members only. Under no circumstance will this information be shared with a third party.
• When registering with PawnPower, the transaction is handled by PayPal. PayPal is a multi-national digital payment company that specializes in online transactions and is uniquely qualified to keep your transaction data secure.   The payment details that are provided to PawnPower by PayPal consist of the transaction ID number and the amount of the transaction. Your credit card or payment information is not shared between PayPal and PawnPower and PayPal is soley responsible for the security of your payment information.
• Our use of cookies is strictly for basic functionality of the website. We do not use any tracking cookies.
• There are very few circumstances where you would receive e-mails from PawnPower. These are generally limited to the following:
  • On completion of a purchase, a transaction receipt is dispatched to your e-mail.
  • If you, as a registered member, request a transfer of your PawnPower membership to a new device, PawnPower will dispatch an e-mail to the e-mail address that is currently on file for your account to confirm that the request originated from you. This prevents others from making unwanted changes to your account.
  • You may be notified if a particular bug is identified in the program's code that impacts the performance of the program. Included will be instructions for downloading an update to resolve the issue.
  • If you submit correspondence to Pawnpower through the Support link on this site, all responses will be made through email.
  • Your e-mail will never be used to promote or solicit products or services from PawnPower or any other entity.
